i've got a 2002 4dr and i want to replace the rear speakers with better JL 6.5 inchers. Then 3 10, but that a different storey.

So i have no friggin idea how to get the rear speakers out. i know they have to come out from on top, but i can't get the plastic covering out. Is there some magic procedure or am i just blind. HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.
