not irrelevant, it's just that this guy obviously isn't ready for nitrous and doesn't want it either. It doesn't matter if it's a single cam or dual cam motor so I don't understand what you mean by that statement. Basic bolt ons won't make it that much more noticeable, no, but it WILL give it a little extra "oompf" as pdiggity stated.
