different front (bumper, headlights, grill, fenders)...interior slightly different(96-98 had analog contols 99-00 had digi-dials)
Tails were the same size...thats why people who have 96- can use the 99- tails (including myself) but the 96- had orange turn indicators and the 99- had white (amber bulbs)

96-98 (JDM)

(non jdm doesnt have the bumper trim)
(you know what the climate looks like in your car)

99-00

see the difference?
