OMG I can't believe this is the best advice anyone has come up with...

Get a talon tsi or eclipse gsx... stock they'll ROAST ANY honda swap or pimp juiced d16... b18 for that matter..

Put 1-6k into it and you'll have either (1k) a REALLY fast street car.. or (6k) THE MOST REDICULOUS CAR EVER...

those things have REAL potential... a civic... please... fwd sucks even if you get power you gunna have problems getting it to the ground.

For 10k you could buy a used talon and have it built to the hilt. And have a WAY faster car than 25k put into a civic.

The insurane isn't THAT high on them.. not like a supra or a 300z.

other than that your pretty much out of luck... you want 6cyl. power you have to get a 6cyl SPORTS car... and that's not gunna be easy on the wallet, or the insurance.

If you want ground pounding power with low insurance go with a domestic like a GrandNat... they have pretty low insurance especially if you just say you have a buick regal.
