theres people who gamble that are like that though... decriminalizing it would make it a ticket offence not a criminal offence that way, you get a fine for smoking then, not jail time.
there are artists who get so into painting that they dont work or support their family, the same with the drunk rednecks who sit around and watch tv all day. they dont support their families either. i can go on. it makes no sence why its not legal, but its not, and im not going to try to change the world or law, if you asked my opinion, it would be to make dealing illegal, and have home grown decriminalized.
