Sounds like it could be power issues, but I'm not sure. Try installing Motherboard Monitor 5 that will monitor your voltage rails and tell you if they're too low. A more accurate way would be to take a multimeter and measure the actual power connectors.

It could also be other things though, maybe memory. Try downloading memtest86 or running Sandra memory burn in to see how that goes. Memtest86 is your best option.
