yeah, but even if the car is wrecked andfixed in the back yard garage car fax won't tell you that. i also have friend that works for the state emissions check agency and he said the workers there don't really give a damn about your mileage. even when i did the inspection in 2002 i went there with 127k miles and when i left on papers it was like 120k. carfax is good for a refference but i wouldn't put my hand in fire for what they say
