"music" to me is completely different than what everybody else considers music. I can pretty much garuntee that there isn't a single person in the world that likes and hates every single song that I do. My music professor a couple semesters back opened the class by throwing a piece of the chalk against the chalkboard and asked us if it was "musical". Of course we thought he was nuts and said no. But he said to him it was. By throwing multiple pieces against the board at certain times creates a rhythm....the basis of all music. Just because you don't wanna hear people singing/rapping about what car they drive, what they wear, who they shot, what their life is like, how much they have rolled up in their "teef"...then don't listen to it. You have the power to listen to whatever you want to listen to. But it doesn't give you the right to say that those people have no talent...cuz apparently people think they have talent otherwise they would have never gotten a record deal nor would people listen to their "music". No one talked sh!t about what you choose to listen to...so don't talk sh!t about what some of the rest of us choose to listen to. Some of us choose to listen to it for it's sheer entertainment value (ie...a catchy hook that we can dance to at a club)....rather than to analize how many bpm it has or anything else that music should contain.
