The reason the underpass is bad is beacuse the wind increases speeds drastically there. In the documentary a surviver was saying how a woman got torn away from one because she couldn't hold on.

well ok.. but when you lay in a ditch you got nothin to hold on to... i think that the videos advice was a little flawed
