It's also a much, much less expensive and less time consuming alternative to having your teeth professional whitened.

Just to clear this up, you wouldn't see problems in the first year. YOu will see the problem 5 years down the road once you've stopped using them and forgotten all about white strips.. best of luck with your teeth, i hope for everyones sake i'm wrong
