ok figured it out if neone cares it is a guy that goes around the d and graffities these turtle shells they are really crappy looking but he has them up everywhere. Instead of makeing one nice graffiti if there is one he makes these turltes everywhere from wayne state all the way down to the d. This may not matter to neone not from mich but it is spreading copycats have begun to do this it has started slow in ny and may spread further. I think this guy is a knock off jet grind radio but thats jus my opinion. Just informin u all incase u ever see a turtle on the wall u kno the scoop behind it.
