Purchase a Greddy kit for a 92-95 Civic. Considering the motors are exactly the same. I'm assuming you have the D16Z6 motor. The kit fits like a glove with no modification at all. It makes a considerable difference at 5psi, but the boost can be turned up as far as 10psi with the proper modifications to support boost. I ended up going with the following setup to produce aprox. 240hp.

Greddy turbo kit with TD04 turbo
Apexi twin chamber blow off valve
Greddy front mount intercooler
Apexi VAFC
AEM Fuel Rail
B&M Fuel flow modifier
BBK Fuel Pump
catco cat
2.5" exhaust with straight through canister
Arias forged low compression pistons with total seal rings
Greddy 2mm head gasket
HKS megaflow filter
low temp thermostat and fan switch
Exceedy clutch and Fidanza lightened flywheel
MSD blaster ignition coil, cap, wires
Zex spark plugs for NOS, Turbo, SC apps
thermotec wrapped downpipe

There are a few other things, but I can't remember right now. Just remember to beef things up a bit before going with a turbo, your factory clutch is going to burn out faster and if you turn up the boost on stock internals with no intercooler you will crack pistons, fry rings, blow head gaskets etc..

Best of luck..

And a picture for your viewing pleasure..
