What im gonna do is get a b18c then run that for a bit till i can afford the turbo. But it would be cheaper for the b16....

Think about it like this you'll be paying a grand more of 15 more horse power and pounds of torque if you get a b18 over a b16. I'll be damned if I pay $1000 for a measily 15 ponys. the b 16 is a better buy for the money and the peformance is not that far behind its 1.8L cousin. But if you are stuck in the first two options I would go with the h22. Civics with prelude motors tear up the street.
