1. sort of.... they're basically pointless unless your car has HUGE fuel demands (ie forced induction/nitros)

the stock fuel rail is not what restricts fuel flow the regulator is... even using higher pressures in the rail do not guarantee more fuel flow the only way to ENSURE more fuel is bigger injectors or reprogrammed injectors. the stock fuel rail will accomodate either option just fine. so a fuel rail is really only a dress up item or if your have SERIOUS air flow and reprogrammed fuel maps.
