Since that info is now on the internet it must also be true. Now, considering I have the same car as you do.. a 94 civic.. but it is an Si..and has 23 more hp than your ex... I can barely outrun the garbage man in it, so I am sorry but I don't believe that you could even beat the 180hp TT. I have driven both and even the 180TT would wax you. Sorry.
