first off, im sorry that u got an 03 accord--i dont like em...but hey to each his own. i have an 02 accord and i was pissed that they dont lock either at 15 mph. if u learn how to do then let me know so i can program my locks too!! then again i didnt get keyless entry so that a b---- too....
