That would look so sweet.
You probally are going to have to send a secondary wire from your neon controller power switch to the wire that is used to send the surge to the other lights, you may have to do some voltage checking of your alarm wires until you find the wire that controls the blinking, it shouldnt be too hard or if you have the wire diagram it could be really easy. But when the alarm is driggered the it may also cause your neons to flash/glo at same time, so you may want to think it through.
