I just say if you were speeding, whether it was 35 over or not, you shoud just pay the damn thing and save yourself the trouble of going to court and then paying the fees. I got a ticket last year for 10 over and I knew I could take it in and get it cleared but why bother? Honda-maniac paid $90 for his whole thing and I paid $95 and only sent a check so there was zero work involved. Hell...whats a point here and there?...well its serious if you get more than 5...
