well mate it hasn't been deleted and if your using a M$ product its not that hard to find. Its just been compressed to save diskspace.
The easiest way to fix this is use "file transfer wizard" if you have XP on your new machine and I'm guessing you do. It will walk you through step by step and create one big file that you can put on a cd and bring to the new computer. This file will have all your settings, emails, my documents and so on. Give me a shout if you have no clue what i'm talking about.
