Well i'm 6'1 and 170-175lbs I would consider myself light for my height. But until recently that was the point. When I was racing mtb upper but wasn't really an issue, the lighter the better. So i just worked my legs. At one point I could leg press over 500lbs, but those days are gone and now i just want to be strong over all.
So maybe its just a body type thing, like i can bulk up my legs so they look like 2 or 3 times the thickness of the average guy but upperbody wise it just doesn't happen.
