this is a typical work out that i can do in about 30mins. There are a few things I do do that aren't listed here but this is the general idea.
As for food I eat alot of everything, you name it i eat it.
curels (per arm)
10lbs- 20reps (warm up)
25lbs- 12-14 reps(until burnout)
35lbs- 8-10reps
lats
60lbs- 20reps (warm up)
120lbs- 12-16 (or until burnout)
140lbs- 8-10
bench press
45lbs- 16reps (warm up)
140lbs- 12-14 reps(or until burn out)
160-170lbs- 6-8reps
legpress or sqat
70lbs- 14-20reps (warm up)
250lbs- 18-25reps (or until burn out)
350lbs+ - 12-14reps
butter fly
20lbs- 16reps (warm up)
30lbs- 12-14reps (or until burn out)
40lbs- 8-10
