work one part(area) of ur body each day.....its a lenghty process to build ur body like those body builders...some of them spend 12hour days at the gym.....one day..arms...then legs...abs....chest....back...etc.....my buddy who is smaller told me this...hes really tone...6pack pecks..hes got it all..but hes not to strong..i can tune him...im 5'7ish about 187.... i mostly work on arm strenght....i just gota get rid of some minor flab on the biceps....
:o those powered drinks are ok.....my cousin takes a eyedropper full of this liquid drink..ill try and find the name..thats all i can think off..P.S. im not a pro neither is my buddy we could be wrong on some things
