I'd just like to point something out guys... this picture is obviously photchopped... check out the light directly under Bush's eyes... this light is coming from the binoculars... and had the lense caps been on, there would be no light coming from them. This is evidence that this picture has been butchered by someone who has way too much time on their hands who thinks they can run the country better than George Walker Bush can. And to anyone who reads this... including myself... he is doing a much better job than you or I could do:yes:

Easy, it could have been photochopped before being printed in the mag. If you believe in your first question, then surely you'd also believe every picture ever printed in the National Enquirer, among others.

However I'm not so positive this picture is photochopped. If they have optical properties like real binoculars (assuming armyguy is right, which he probably is if he's in the Army), then the light should be shining on his eyeballs rather than below them. If all the light is coming out below his eyeballs then what in the world is he looking at? One can see from the binocular position that they are lined up with his eyeballs. The light beneath his eyes could be the normal light that would show up, it looks broken because of the shadow of the binocs.

Unless there's some other secret aperture to these things, then I think the picture is genuine.
