Stock Speakers

Anyone know the specs of the stock speakers on a 1998 accord sedan lx? I looked at the speakers in the trunk and it said Pioneers...and I was like wtf!? Did the owner before me had aftermarkets speakers or is the pioneer stock?

nope Hondas now come with Pioneer.. its still very low end though.. if you want, take it out and examine it.. of jsut look how tiny the magnet is.

Wow if those are stocks..I cant believe how good they are..I used to have a cdplayer with the tape adapter and It had suck sound quality.
Then I got an alpine 7892 and u can really notice the difference, and for stock speakers, I think its pretty damn good to be hearing those kind of bass. I can feel the bass giving me a massage in the back seat

You need a wave generator.

And you're not going to be playing 33Hz signals with the stock equipment.

You'll have to generate test tones --- shaped as sine waves..

and you'll need good equipment thats setup right..
