Motorcycle vs MiniVan (Van wins)
So I'm at a friends house, he's having a party, we're all chilling. So as it reaches about 10 I decided to barrow another friends motorcycle, 88' CBR600 Hurricane w/ Stage 2 jet kit and Yosh pipe. I'm cruising through side streets at 45, the speed limit. I decided to ride to the top of this street then turn around, roll down and check out the city lights.
As I'm going up, there is a mini van in the left hand lane going up the hill too. I was in the right hand lane. He puts on his turn signal to turn left, then turns it off and hops in the right lane. So i'm not sure WTF he's doing, I hop in the left hand lane and slow down a bit, maybe 35mph. Then the van pulls off onto the right hand sholder. As i'm about to cruise by he decides to pull a U-turn, turns his wheels and hits the gas. I try to swerve out of the way but it's to late. I hit the front quarter panel of the van and went flying. Next thing I remember is waking up to EMT asking me question. I couldn't remember the date, the month, the day, even what city I was in....
Went to the hospital, everything is fine. Now i'm ****ed, don't have my M class license, and god only knows what will happen when this is all taken to court.
