Submit Your Ride!

I'm confused, I've tried to do this and get the "You have reached a portion of the site which requires you to be logged in"...well, I log in and the same screen pops up again. What am I doing wrong? :confused:

I'm not 100% sure. I think "dereks civic" submits them as soon as he gets a chance :)
