I found this I thought you guys might like it. Im thinking about getting mine done as a tattoo, maybe.

A tatoo like that would be pretty sweet...a lot better then those chinese ones with honor or pride or some gayshit like that...lol

I don't think my names look to good...but if they did, i'd actually consider getting them as a tattoo...

I would like to make sure it actually means what Im getting though, it would suck to have some stupid on your arm and have people laughing at you about it. I have read many horror stories about tattoo parlors doing this.

lol, yeah, that would suck so much...just look at a chinese dictionary though...nm...doubt they'd have names...lol, just go to forums or somethin askin it...you'll find out sooner or later

Always kinda iffy on these things. Chinese & Japanese are wierd though. They use symbols rather than letters.

eh...mine's alright. I'll stick to hawaiian/island theme stuff to get tattooed on me for now.

i dunno, i dont really think i can do tatoos its too permanint. the most ive done in "body modifications" is a tounge ring. its at 8 gauge now, im thinking of getting 10 gauge hoops in my ears in the near future though

Hey! I was offended by the "gayshit" comment about tattoos that say things like "pride," etc. I am Chinese and I happen to have one that says "luck" and I like it very much. It really does say what it's supposed to, too. However, I don't know about those names that you guys found for yourselves. I'll have to ask my mom for that one...

If you like your tattoo, then that's all that matters. Sort of like modding your car. Don't take offense to others' comments just because they don't like something. Its all about what you like. I think that Chinese tattoos are cool, as long as the people know what they say :)

I realize my name isnt a direct translation, its something more like jielimi. If you could double check for me that would rock. The Charaters look alittle different then what I think they should actually look like after looking around a little.

And another thing, Jeremy, it translates to "jielimi" because that's just how it's said in Chinese. (We don't do too well with "r" sounds.) For example, "Robert" is [phonetically] said "Lo-but."
