Good CAD programs?...

I'm looking for a good CAD program to help someone design some smaller R/C parts. What CAD program would you recommend getting? I have a little experience with AutoCad Lite, but nothing more than that.

i have CAD Key and it's installed. the only thing that i don't know is a clue how to work with it. ;)

I've used CadKey before, but it really doesn't do everything I want. I'll probably just get a copy of AutoCad from somewhere... if I can find it.
