i'm finally getting my swap. should i change the clutch.
 

the guy weas telling me that i should change my clutch. b/c he said that he's had people come 3 months later comeing to him and telling him that their cluthc was slipping. should i change the clutch on that sucker? what exactly does he mean by "slipping" the guy told me that they will install the clutch for free if i get it at the time i get the swap. he said he has 4 and 6 puck and some other one's. well i am planning on doing a all motor on the b16. what should i do? get the new clutch? which brand would be the better one in clutche's? please help me out. thanks a lot!!!

it cannonly save you money in the long run. im happy with my ACT clutch, but my friend has a spoon clutch on his b16 and lvoes it.

Yes do it, do you know how much it cost to replace a clutch once the engine is already in the car. Close to $600 for just a stock replacement. now is the best time. I'd resurface the flywheel as well, or have you thought about a light weight flywheel since your going all motor? I hope they're changing out other stuff on the engine as well, like the timing belt($300 to replace if the engine is already in the car), water pump(same), etc.

ahhhhhhh yes timing belt, pump, i see clutch, and what else. i'm terrible at this. i usually forget when it comes to it.

spark plugs, spark plug wires,rotor, timing belt tensioner, and cam seals.

cam seals. tell me more about these cam seals. can;t i put these on my own?

would it be best to get a honda timing belt and water pump?

can't beat OEM quality, so I'd say yes, doesn't matter that much though.
