Heat shield??
 

I gotta question and wondering if you guys can gimme some feedback. I recently had a big problem with my heat shield rattling and cracking. Both the top and bottom heat shield that covered the Catalytic converter. Now, since I removed them, anyone know how it will effect my car? Is it safe?

i would put them back on.

Yea I know, I need to. My center console gets pretty hot at times as well as they my front seat. But I can't put my old ones back on b/c both are cracked, and I no longer have any place to bolt them on. I'm going to have to try and get new ones, most likely acura. Any other suggestions.
