has anyone used these guys before? do they deliver? I've been burned by online companies before, and I'm just a little paranoid. They offer free shipping and the best prices on a lot of stuff, but I wasnt able to talk to them directly (called their 800 number, no one was avail)

I haven't had any experience with these guys, but communication is important when dealing with a new place. I'd wait until you get ahold of them probably.

What are you trying to buy? Maybe we could steer you to a reputable shop that sells whatever it is.

Well that tells me you should look elsewhere. What happens if you need to return something? Or have any questions?

i've been looking around the site and they have about the same things as summit racing, but for a lot more $$ summit has free shipping too, and their costumer service is excelent. all you will have to pay extra is a $7 for order no matter how big or how small it is.

Well the reason I wasnt able to get a hold of them was they were about ready to close. Stupid time zones! Anyway, I called and left a message on their service, and a guy called me back the next day. Today I just ordered my KN Typhoon Air Intake system for 141.72. Checks in the mail and everything and they were more than helpful. Seems like a great company, I'll let you know.

BTW: I just decided to go with KN. I was going to do AEM, but for some reason didnt. I guess I wanna be different. And its not CAI, I decided I wanted to save some money for other car things.

well I received my part, but about it was more like a week than 3 days. At least they deliver, just not quickly.

delivery might not be their fault. carrier might be at fault also.
