Lubing the chassis???

What is lubing the chassis mean??????

ebpda9 06-25-2002 10:47 PM

it means that they will put some oil on it to prevent it from rusting. what i would do and cheaper is get a big tube of cheap grease, jack up the car and put the grease all under the chassis, then find a dusty/country road and drive your car for like an hour or so. it won't rust ever. make sure you do that for fender wells if u plan on avoiding rust. well i see you live in arizona so i guess winters are not a problem for you

oh thats all it is, a rust prevention thing, thanks. Yeah being in arizona i really don't have to worry about rust.

winters? what are those? i guess its something i might wana do. the salty florida air kinda promotes rust.
