97 accord taillights
 

i've seen some cars that has the orange signal part of the taillight clear and i was wondering how did they do that? did they buy new taillights or just removed the orange part. i tried taking apart the assembly but i dunno how i would remove the orange part. it seems like i can but i dunno how. can someone help...

once you open it up, its like an orange cup.. you just need to pull on it, and the pin-like things will come out..

then put it back together..

dont forget to seal it up properly.. caulking..

but how do u open it up??? all i did was took out the whole assembly but i dunno how 2 open it up.

Why don't you just get different taillights?? or Clear Bumper signals??:)
