ok here is what i have


a 95 jdm vx sohc 1.5 engine with vtec

if i add a 93 usdm 1.6 vtec head to it will it increase the power ?



also if i add headers or a cam gear from a 95 si would that make a difference

not by much or even not at all

not worth it imo.

Then b16 head will not, unless I am mistaken, mount on top of the D-Series block without some serious custom work, if it can be done at all... and as far as the cams go, unless you have major engine work or FI, Honda cams are tuned great from the factory, so little if any gains will be had there... as far as headers, unless you have intake+exhaust it will probably add less than 5hp, and if you have those two it might add around 5hp depending on other variables... if you are looking to mess with the engine itself, just pick up a cheap b16...
