American Idol was crazy! Damn, could the judges a little more mean! Anyway, anyone else watch this show?

Its a new show where they are looking for the next big pop star. These judges had audition calls all over the US...Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, etc. Anyway, thousands showed up and sang in front of 3 judges and if you sounded bad...they told you straight up...and some! Like for instance, this one girl sang really BAD, and the judge was like "that was incredible!" and she replied in a happy voice "thanks!". And his response was..."no, I mean incredibly horrible!". LoL! :D I was like DAMN, how messed up!

whoa, i wanted to watch that, what channel was it on? what time? is it a mini serise type thing?

ya i saw part of it. man, but some of those contestants got major attitude with the judges!! but then there were those people who i felt really bad for cause the judges were so mean to them!

I watched it.. Simon was killing me! He was brutally true.. I didnt want to watch it at first until I saw how bad they were dissing people..:D :D

I hate shows like that. I say a band must work to get their fame, not just win a contest to get everything handed to them.

I caught one or 2 acts before I went into work. The dude from NY that had pics of all the judges on his shirt was hilarious....and to boot he sang Britney Spears!!!! I think that it was good that the judges were so harsh to the contestants...doesn't give them false hope. They could care less what those contestants think about them. I wish I could have watched all of it. I think it was on Fox at 9, and I don't know if it's gonna be a "mini-series" sort of thing or not.

bah! network tv sucks. first the survivor and its clones, now people who rip on people singing.
