well...it looks like he was maybe talking with the people next to him and thought he was too close and then over corrected. Easy to do.

Looked like slippery road to me. Also, that wouldn't be that hard to do if you initially overcorrected.

i thought he was changing lanes and didn't realize that car was there and overcorrected like 5000x more than he should have.
