When you are looking at threads, there is a little column that people shout on....is that for moderators only?? Or is it a little chat thing that you guys use?? Let me know, ok?

Anyone can shout as far as I know... moving to Questions and Comments.

yep... you can use the shout all you like. after you pay my initial fee! haha! :D :D :D j/k. its free and easy.
