Ooh, that really got crunched. At least its mostly rear bumper. Did it get your trunk too? I can't tell if that's a reflection or a mark.

DsBlu01CivEX 05-21-2002 07:52 PM

the trunk is a little out of alignment....like 1/16th of an inch i think the guy said. Water doesnt leak in or anything like that...it's still tight. So I have $1300 worth of bumper damage. And they say i need a new EX badge...that think is like $8 and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the one that is on my car now!!! I was thinkin about lookin into a body kit if I'm gonna be payin that much anyway. Anyone have any suggestions of ones I should look into?? I like very very simple, yet "elegant" ones.

We already talked but if you do a body kit in the back.. looking at it from the side it may not align with your side skirts. But please I beg you stay away from Black Widow rear lips. But even if you go stock or body kit.. it'll look tight.
And screw the guy who said u need a new badge.. if its not scratched try popping it off b4 they fix it and then just put it back when they are done.

Yeah, for sure.

As far as a kit goes... do you already have rims and a drop? If not, I'd go with stock pieces IMHO.

ouch...that big of a damage by backing slowly into a car.
My car got into an accident when my dad used to have it.
On the highway, a car 2 cars behind didn't break fast enough, hit the car behind my dad, which then hit my dad's (mine now) car, at like 10 km/s. Nothing whatsoever! :)

and who told you about frame damage ? still looks pretty bad. from what i see you need just the bumper reinforcement. the bump[er can be pulled of easily tho and some bond or duraplst will take care of it.
