prelude 12's itr 14's ?
why is it that a stock prelude can hit 12's/13 and a itr hits 14's in a 92-95 civic hatchback? (or am i just wrong here?)
tq. thats all there is too it. 30lbs more tq throws that thing forward
damn i shlould have known. so 200hp with more torqe does not equal 200 with high revving ey
nope. 200hp and 120lb/ft isnt nearly as good as 200hp and 160lb/ft
hp= (tq*rpm )/5252 so reving higher is obviolsy gonna give you more hp, but if your reving low yours making more power if you still have the same peak hp. |
ahhhh i see, now this torqe, what exactly is it. i know it's measured in footpounds but what is it? i'm kinds thinking how much it weight it can move, or something like that, i'm not too sure.

its sorta like that. www.howstuffworks.com just read there, you will ifnd out alot of information on all sorts of questions you might ask here
exellent, thanks a lot man.

A B18C5 will most certainly run quicker than a 14. Hell a B18C will get you into the 13s in a hatch. As for the Prelude motor they are to brittle for me, im tired of rebuilding them.
what happens to them? the prelude moter that is? oh and what exactly happens when you blow out your motor? what gives up?
