Sad News!
 

I'm watching MTV and I just found out some sad news! Lisa "Left Eye" Lopez was killed in a car crash in Honduras yesterday. ;(

that sucks...

Yah that's what I woke up to this morning. The news about her death. What's up with us loosing all of our female artists? Lisa, Aaliyah.....

Yea I know! We're losing a lot of really great ones too!

ya i woke up, and it was all over the radio. how sad :no: i thought she was so cool. she had even worked on a song with *NSYNC, so she always had bonus points in my book. it is really sad that we're losing so many great female artists. plus, i heard that it's also T-Boz's birthday...i guess she'll never have a happy birthday again cause she'll always remember the day she heard her friend died.

Thats pretty sad..

Another one bites the dust!! sorry i think it sucks that another person died but i dont think she deserves a memorial or anything! She was some what of a ***** during her life! Sorry to be mean or inconsiderate, but I've lost close family members that i think were better ppl then her! Just my humble opinion but many ppl die every day and i dont think stars are any better then us!! Ok letme end my rant by saying my condolences go out to her family and close friends!

i think that was rude, you simply didnt need to comment and since you did not know her personally and the press has a way of distorting things you should just keep your rude comments to yourself.

i think its really sad when anyone dies, her family and friends are the ones to be sad for ... and the people who loved her as an artist. its really sad so many people have been dying lately with so much talent and futures ahead. also how awful for her daughter and she was doing so much volunteer work at the time, working so hard to get help for lupus patients and so on... what a horible loss .:no:

It is very sad I must agree...it doesn't matter who dies, it's just that she didn't have to die that way.

But I agree with TT on one point, there are many other people that die in this world. In africa, children die a more horrible death, one that drags them to it. Her car accident was instant...a lot of other people that aren't famous die more horrible deaths and no one has anything to say about that. What is it that makes these poeple so much better than the rest who make less money?

Are you guys forgetting that the burned down her bf's house a few years ago?...She realy wasn't a good person...and she showed that herself on the camera

who are we to judge if she was a "good" person? none of us are really "good"...

lol somebody really enjoys making waves here. well for the most part is true. and juvie couldn't have said it better with the children in africa. all i can say about her is R.I.P.

i'm sorry she died and i feel bad for her family and friends, but just because she was famous doesn't mean that MTV needs to shut down for the entire day and do a whole tribute to her on both of their channels. i'm not saying she was a good person, nor am i saying she wasn't. ok she was famous. ok she was an artist. my dad was an artist. no tv stations completly shut down when he died. well he wasn't famous, right? ok no tv stations completly shut down when kory stringer the OT for the minnesota vikings died. and what about mother teresa? no tv stations completly shut down for her. and i do agree with she didn't even feel any pain or die a bad death. hers was instant. my dads took more than 2 weeks. he was on a breathing machine, couldn't talk, barely could move, and was conscious most of the time. and he died on thanksgiving. tell me you think she had it harder than him. sorry bout the venting, but i just ahd to put my dog to sleep this week too. i'm not exactly a happy person right now.

Well damn...who would have thought that informing people about something would cause all this damn commotion. Sure as hell not me! She had her good aspects and she had her bad aspects as well. All I'm gonna say is R.I.P. If I keep on it'll just cause more commotion and I'm not all about doing that.

as if that wasn't enough, i just got a call from the vet saying that my daog's ashes are back and i can pick them up at any time. DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!!! life sux;(
