Moderator Application

Just realized there was a slight bug in the Moderator Application form that wasn't allowing the information to submit properly. It's all fixed now..

So..

Anyone that is interested in filling out an application can do so by clicking the "Become A Moderator" link on the main page of the site (top right of the page).
