Heat is jacking up my trunk release?
 

I have a 1999 Integ LS Coupe 5sp.

For some reason, when my car has been in the hot sun for too long, the trunk won't open. I'm guessing that the heat is causing some sort of interference with the trunk release soleniod. Has anyone had a similar problem or know how to fix this? thanks.
