how do you change the "parcked" thing
 

i noticed that i had "parked" under where my avitar should be and now it is in "1st gear" how does that change? and can i put my own icon instead of the avitars that you guys have to offer (not that there anything wrong with them)

It just changes when you get more posts under your belt. No big deal really. Yes, you can add your own picture by going to "user cp" at the top of the page and editing options.

You need 50 post to get that custom avatar in thier ! you got 16 more to go !

for reals, i'm in 3rd gear, but out of curiosity when will i get to 4th?

4th is somewhere around 600 i think.. 5th 1000ish.
