Suspension help

Hey guys...whats up?
I've got some questions...if i buy adjustable coilovers how fast can they be adjusted?...and what coilovers would be the best to buy?

Thanks

they can be adjusted as fast as you can jack up the car and work the wrench/your hands. Tein are where its at! www.gropubuycenter.com
also JIC, they are awesome. www.jdmhondaparts.com

but of course if you dont want to spend an assload.
Koni coilovers can be had for about $800 as well as APEXi World Sports coilovers.

or you can go the sleeved route and get some Ground Control coilovers w/ any kind of shocks youd like - i prefer Koni or KYB AGX. i myself do not like tokico very much.

When I had my skunk2s on my car I could raise it up or lower it in about 30 mins including cleanup..

I dont like sleeves thats why I took the Skunks off.. Mine rode like crap. If you do get sleeves Id say go Ground Control too.. Do some research and try to get the correct spring rate.. this will save you some headaches in the long run.
