Drunk in public...
 

Well, my friend and I decided to get a bottle of THE BAT (Ron 151) and get completely wasted. I think we finished the whole bottle in 3 hours. After that we went to the mall and I was arrested for being drunk in public. Go figure. =[ In the cop car, I was cursing, banging my head on the plexi-glass and when we finally got to the station, I told the cops to go **** themselves. They werent too happy about that. When I got to the jail, I once again told them to go **** themselves and was carried to my cell by 2 REALLY large cops. I was let out in the morning when I was sober but I think they are going to have a field day on me when I goto court. What do you guys think?? I didnt help my cause too much by being the biggest drunk (VERY PISSED off drunk) at all. =[

Damn where's the camera when ya need one! Sorry to hear about that, but maybe we'll all ge to see it on COPS.

the only thing you have going FOR you is that you were drunk.
if you were sober and telling the cops that you'd be their b*tch.
but at least they can understand that people do things when they are drunk they would never do when sober.
all is not lost but thats why i dont drink... that and it's too dang expensive.

just noticed youre 20... isnt that under age?? if so new problem...

All in all, you're probably screwed. Best of luck getting your fines reduced (which you very possibly could with a good lawyer), but hey, you did the crime...

I thinking im ****ed, all the inmates were cool with me because I caused such a ruckess when being taken in. I think back and honestly dont remember half the night but I know I had to have a great time. =]

Sounds like you did something pretty stupid, and now youll have to pay for your actions.

Actually, you'll only get a slap on the wrist. Since your underage, you will have to take some classes about alcohol abuse and probably pay some fines. Other than that, everything should be ok. Even if you are charged with something major (which you won't), when you turn 21, your record is clean!!

You might want to double check that. In Ohio your record doesn't disappear at 21.

In Ohio I believe its 18... Everything you do afterwards sticks.:rolleyes:

Kentucky is different. 21 here. I don't know what it is where your from. I guess I thought it was the same throughout the US. That would just be too simple.

Thats for sure.. Its hard when you go from one state to another and try to keep up with the laws..:o
