how to? Auto Meter on 97 Civic HB
 

anyone have simple instructions on how to install an autometer tach on my 97 civic HB?
I don't know if there is a is a connection from the back of my gauges for the tach wire.
wires are red/green/black/white.
i know ground is black

what's the others?

dunno, ive kept away from external tachs....but nice choice of car, got pics? :cool:

black=ground
green=tap into blue/blk wire at the distributor (2 plug connector)
red= "on" only when you start your car...
white= illumination for your tach...so you can see it at night :D
