Finally, after nearly 400 days thanks to an extension, I am finally out of sector and back at the relatively safe FOB waiting on flights out of this shithole to go back to Germany. In about a month I'll be back in the states for a bit for some very much needed leave and I think I'll use some of the money I've made here to buy myself a new Mustang. I'm just so damn happy it's finally about done heh.

Nice job man. My friend just got stop-lossed after about 18 months so he'll be there for a while longer. Good to hear you're heading home.

Hey...I kinda like 'em. Not as much as the Fox-bodied cars, but they have their own place within Mustangs. Plus it's hard to beat 300hp from the GT and 500hp from the Shelby. Is it worth the money? Maybe so, maybe no. Time will tell as reliability statistics become available. Right now, I say yes.

Well I got a few grand off it, bought it today through military car sales. Got a loaded GT for just under the price of a base GT, not too bad. And yes, It's a new one, which I think looks fucking awesome. :pfft:
