The airplane actually belongs to a Yankee player in the active roster of the Yankee team that was beaten a few days ago...and yes, he was in it.

Actuallt according to all the news reports he was on a sight seeing tour. I mean...the plane took off from Jersey. How lazy do you have to be to not just drive to NYC from Jersey?
