Wonder how many threads this is now where you say something like "there are no girls around here" or "all the girls here are taken" or "boohoo I cant get laid"... the problem is *probably in your game, not in your environment. My mindset is that i'm doing them a favor just by talking to them or hooking up... works like a charm.

Wren has a point. The problem is more likely you, not the girls.

Fix your problems and you'll probably have less troubles meeting girls who are interested in you. OR maybe develope a reason for a girl to even want to be interested in you. With a lame attitude no one is going to want to invest anytime into you.

with my current girlfriend, I stumbled upon her when I wasn't even looking for a relationship...I was perfectly content with being single and was enjoying...and then bam...i meet the greatest women ever

ok first of all, it was true when I lived in that shitty little town in bc that there were no girls there, and i had clear reason to bitch :flick: And now living in calgary, i've gone on several dates but i just haven't really found anyone that i could see myself dating, that's all.

And there have been a few girls I kind of liked, that didn't work out.

But the main reason of this thread was pretty unclear i guess. I was just really fuckin frustarated with some female friends of mine. They would tell me about hooking up with guys and stuff and they'd look to me for advice or support when i really couldn't care less :moon: there is about 3 chick friends of mine who will routinely tell me about "oh i kissed so and so" or whatever and it was just really getting to me. Or when girls tell me "your friend is so hot" or "what's so and so's number"... I'm just getting sick of that

Be straight up with them.. If they say they just want to be friends tell them "I already have enough friends, I don't need anymore" and stop talking to them.. I did that to my ex once :D

Stop making friends with the girls you like. It's as simple as that... if they were genuinely your friends you wouldn't care if they thought your other friends were cute...

Obviously you're letting girls into your life in different roles then you want them to be in...

Stop talking to your current girl "Friends" and don't make any new ones... unless of course they're actually girls you're not interested in but like for their personalities... Then hook up with all their friends and ask them advise about it. lol.

I sorta have the same situation going on right now. Awesome chick in Calgary I know and would like to go out with but she always talks to me about these people that she wants and blah blah blah. It sucks.

Then stop talking to her... move on. She knowns whats going on with your relationship with her; it's about time you took a hint.

so i'm going to cut off the lines of communication and see what happens (i won't call her or initatie hanging out....if she's at the same place, i'll talk, but meh)

so... since you like her, why didnt you use that as an oppurtunity? Should've gone with something along the lines of "hes just an idiot and you know it... look who you are hanging out with now, i'm obviously much cooler than him..." and take it from there based on her response. Ignoring her is just going to make her think along the lines of "he doesnt want to hang out with me without sex, so forget him, he's being sketchy". Honesty is awesome with girls almost all the time... be up front with what you want and most of them really just want the same thing.

Sounds a lot like your main problem is becoming friends with chicks you wanna nail. The first rule of dating is that 99.99997432% of chicks will NOT date their friends. I've never really understood this because of the simple fact that, if you're friends, you know you'll get along...but it's a fact so just go with it. Becoming friends with a girl you want to get with is just asking for some mental terrorism.

Yes, and if she tries to invite a friend bail on the plans. It doesnt go well when other people come out.

Further more, try 'asking her out' instead of just hanging out. If she's not interested in a date with you, then she'll say 'no' and you can move on.

Just ask them to make out.
