BBQ salmon is really nice. Often I will make a mixed green salad with them or white rice and green pees.
Alot goes with salmon, just make sure to make sure your side dishes are rather light as not to take away from the salmom. |
personally, I think that salmon is only good for feeding cats...
But grilling them is one of the better ways to go |
yeah salmon is great, esp grilled. Not too bad any other way either, except frying it makes it too greasy imo.

Man...I'd only grill it. I don't see the point in catching a perfectly good fish and then smothering it with sauce to cook it. I've never had BBQ fish, but then again I've never been a huge fan of BBQ to begin with. I like my meat untainted when it's cooked.

This Ukrainian at work brings raw steaks to work and cooks them in the microwave for 5 mins then eats. I find it repulsive.

heh bbqing it goves it a "tainted" flavor. im thinkin of marinating it for a few hrs in lemon and lime juice then wrapping it in foil and grilling it with some of the juice, a few scallions, and a little bit of red pepper. throwing some salt on it and wa-la. its either that or saute pan for it served over some rice, but its the 4th, and im gonna have the bbq going and i dont really wana cook anything inside |

Anyway Chris take some tin foil and roll up the edges. And put the salmon on it. Put some seasoning salt on it, some onions, some lemon and some bbq sauce on it. and then put it on the grill still on the tin foil obviously and cook and serve. oh yeahd poke holes in the salmon. lots of holes. to let the lemon and bbq sauce get in |
